Summary:
– While Macbeth is off trying to kill Duncan, Lady Macbeth has drugged the kings guards and has placed their daggers ready for Macbeth to use to kill Duncan. Macbeth meets with Lady Macbeth after killing Duncan. His hands are covered in blood and he is mortified by not being able to say amen. Macbeth hears a voice in his head which tells him he he will  never sleep again. Lady Macbeth angrily says she will take the daggers back because Macbeth refuses.
