Metaphor in Romeo and Juliet

How does Shakespeare use a metaphor to show Romeos inner thoughts in Act One Scene Four of Romeo and Juliet?

Metaphor: “My mind misgives some consequence yet hanging in the stars…”                 – Referring to God, Heaven and something bad in the future.

Shakespeare uses many metaphors in Romeo and Juliet to show the characters thoughts and inner meanings. In Act One Scene Four Romeo says “My mind misgives some consequence yet hanging in the stars…” Shakespeare uses this metaphor to show what Romeos thinking. The metaphor that Shakespeare used is a reference to heaven, God and the action of fate. He reader can tell this by reading between the lines when Romeo says words like “consequence” and “hanging in the stars.” Romeo is talking about how God wants him to do something bad in the future.
